You are right. It isn't as much written about bypassing the A/C compressor here as it is talked about on the 900/9-3 board.
I didn't have this info in my program so thanks for the size.
Even though you would think the 9-3 and 9-5 engine would be the same, the length of belt is slightly different and the 9-3 when bypassing A/C compressor takes a 6PK-1805 which is 10mm shorter than what you say worked well on the 9-5 using a 6PK-1815.
Even the regular belt (with A/C hooked up) between a 9-3 and the later 9-5 using a short belt is different in that the 9-3 use 6PK-2345 and the 9-5 use a 6PK-2415 (with a service solution to use 6PK-2425 for more ease).
