I replaced the rears at ~ 100K and 9 years. Then I dropped the subframe and did the rest about 20K miles and 2 years later. The rears were definitely shot and made a big improvement. The others really looked OK, and I didn't feel much difference. The rears can be done without removing the subframe.
I would do just the rears if your car is in the 10 year 120K area. At 200K, I would do all of them and consider replacing the A arm bushings as well while you are at it. You have to take everything apart anyway.
To clarify the above - I am referring to the rear bushings on the front subframe. I used the 06+ ones, which are solid rubber.
