p1230 usually implicates the throttle body (TB).
you said that you reset the limp home solenoid, which fits the p1230
you say "no start", I'm guessing that it fires and stumbles/stalls out immediately?
I am also guessing that the TB goes into limp home mode (LHM) immediately on first start attempt after TB rest?
Also I see P1820: https://saabwisonline.com/c6/9-5/2003/4-transmission/automatic-transmission-4-transmission/fault-diagnosis-diagnostic-trouble-codes-automatic-transmission-4-transmission/p1820/\
BTW you may know but if the TB is in LHM the computer is not controlling the throttle. On many cars in LHM you may need to feather the gas pedal as you start and to keep it running.
Everything points to the throttle body. You might start by checking the connections to the TB, esp the ground wire that grounds on the thermostat housing. A failed TB is also possible.
