I too have a 2003 Aero but a 2004 Volvo v70 T5. Some items:
I have found no useful info from the Volvo websites noted- it's just a different type of people.
why'd you get a FWD vehicle? Do you live in the snow belt & does the Volvo take you places the Saab can't?
The Saab dash & controls are better thought-out; the car info is right in front of the driver & shared or general info(eg radio, temp, time...) in in the middle of the dash.
The one item the Volvo wins is the power seat memory. As the car door is unlocked via the remote, the seat starts moving to the preset associated with that particular remote control. My wife is one foot shorter than I am, so this is pretty slick
the Volvo radio controls still confuse me a year later. The steering wheel controls should not be lighted at night - it's distracting on dark nights
We had to special order the Volvo from the old country (Ghent, Belgium) as there were no manual tranny T5s in America.
