Wow, Mike -- you may have a longevity record there on a water pump!
But I'm wondering if your pump is really still good. You can drive a Saab for a long time with a grinding, noisy, internally worn pump, and not have leaks or total circulation failure. Sometimes people know they're going bad by sounds, sometimes by coolant loss, sometimes by overheating or cooling problems... but sometimes, there aren't noticeable symptoms until it suddenly fails completely. If you haven't replaced yours yet, it would be a safe bet that you're going to end up doing it soon.
As a test, which will take you about half an hour to do, loosen the four water pump pulley bolts, then loosen the alternator (belt tensioner), then remove the belts and the pump pulley. Put the pulley back on =without= the belts, then rotate it by hand and see how your pump feels. If it sticks/slips as it turns, or crunches and grinds, then the bearings in it are nearing the end of their useful life. Take the pulley back off, put the belts over it (careful that they're in place on the crankshaft pulley below!), reinstall the pulley, and then retension the alternator/ belts.
... then if you've found you need one, you can start shopping for a new pump.
This is probably a test we should all do whenever we replace belts, but in my experience, belts last longer than pumps! From now on, I just anticipate putting new belts on the next time I replace my waterpump. Does yours also have the original belts, with 94K?
