I think I am fast losing faith that SAABS are my favourite car after having to replace quite a few things and it has onl done 150, 000 kilometers. Anyway that is beside the point. ver since I started driving the car the gears have been tough to change. This is particularly tough for changing back to 2nd and getting into reverse. Last night when I drove down to the petrol station, I parked the car and everything was fine. I put the car in reverse to take the key out, put the hand brake on and locked the doors. When I got back to the car I started it up which was fine but the car would not move. I did not know what was going on so I put the car in 1st gear to see if it would move. It wouldn't. I then put the car in neutral to see if it would role if pushed. It wouldn't. I am out of luck and out of answers. I figure that it is either the handbrake (whenb trying to reverse or go forward the car seems like it is trying to do a hill start) or the synchros or just the whole bloody gear box in general. Any answers? All replies and all help would be desperately appreciated.
