Sounds like two separate problems.
The clutch problem could just be that the hole in the clutch pedal where it connects to the master cylinder is elongated and prevents the clutch from disengaging fully. The fix is to redrill and install a bushing in the pedal or weld/redrill. It may also be a bad clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder. Another possibility is that the clutch shaft bearing in the center of the flywheel is shot. If, after fixing the hole in the clutch pedal, it still grinds going into reverse, the clutch shaft bearing is shot.
The other problem sounds like the parking brake is stuck. Depending on year, the parking brake is either on the front or rear wheels. Go underneath and lubricate the mechanism and see if you can free it up. Worst case is that you'll have to replace the caliper on the stuck wheel(s).
