Hi all,
Looking to install a fuel cut-off switch on a 88 900TC for security/anti-theft purposes.
The car currently has the SAABGUARD alarm on it, but to be honest, I have no faith in it. Alarm will go off, but it will not keep you from driving the car away(no starter kill or anything of that nature). System seems really easy to bypass anyway.
So, any recomendation on where to splice in a manual on/off switch for the fuel pump?
I'm thinking of either at the fuel pump relay(#102 on Bentley diagram), or directly at the fuel pump.
Would I need to add a fuse of some sort? Any recomendation on the switch location itself?
Thanks for all your help,
Boris
