Help 1989 900s Fuel Injection problems

I would greatly appreciate some help: I just bought a 1989 900s for next to nothing, but it has troubles. The oil pan has lots of gas in it and the fuel pump is very laud. The car wants to start, but will not run, good spark though. Seems the injectors are wide open and flooding it so that the fuel goes by the piston rings into the oil sump. The oil stinks of gas. I bet someone out there has come across this before.
Thanks, John M.
