I went on a mad hunt about six months ago for everything to do with those connectors and all the other ones in the c900... crazy electrical projects. Most of the connectors in Saab are sourced from Tyco, and most of them can only be purchased in huge quantities. I had no luck finding any of the actual terminals and very few of the connector bodies.
Anyway, all that said, you can buy most everything fuel injection related that you need from these guys:

No, it's not cheap, but they've got what you need... :)
I've also seen people selling the Bosch-style 2-pin fuel injector connectors w/ pigtails & boots on ebay for a very reasonable price. It's not as clean as reterminating the existing wiring, but it's better than losing a fuel injector... :)
