It's cold outside! Check and clean electrical connection on sensors. Fuel doesn't ignite when it's in a liquid form, so until the engine warms the enrichment circuit has to dump more fuel into the intake to get it running. When the injector are spraying gasoline into the cold engine, it's hard to keep it atomize and burnable. How long ago have the spark plugs been replaced / re-gaped / cleaned. Maybe it's time to run some "Thecron" through the injectors. If you think you fill the car with bad gasoline, it would sputter most the time while driving. Cold weather + cold metal = rough running engine. If the problem persist, check the cold start circuit.
