I've used plastidip before in other applications. it is very pliable after it's dry (it's the stuff some tools are dipped in, so basically rubber)...
If the gorilla glue is holding up for people, and especially if it stops the crack from spreading, I may try it also. our 1989 has a single 1/2" crack and our 1993 has two 3/4" cracks. I have some black richlite sawdust (left over from a countertop install) that would make a good filler. even if it fails in a couple of years, as long as it doesn't make a mess of the dash, I'd be happy! The 1989 dash is *almost* perfect.
(I should add wrt Raycrete, that I have not used it in this application - would look bad, but it is useful stuff, a polyurethane filler - I'm not sure if it's still on the market though)...
