I suspect the master cylinder seal or the metal part of the master cylinder is causing the drop in pressure when the pedal is let out slowly. An air bubble might do the same because air is compressible....bleed the line 1st and see if that make an improvement. For the brake booster vacuum, make sure the check valve is working. Air should pass through one way, but not then other. Tell us what you find out. Thanks
