I don't have a good annswer, but for here is an old pic with generic ecodes from ebay. It might not provide enough detail where you need it but it may help to compare
Thinking that part of what you are observing could have to do with the way the old lamp was aimed. If i recall correctly, for DOT lights the lens and reflector both adjust relative to the car. With the new lamp, the lens does not move at all, but the reflector will move to perform the adjustment
