Sure, as much as any bad component could be the culprit. Did anything happen or did you do any other work that immediately preceded the no-start condition? Can you tell us more? Or was it just totally out of the blue, wouldn't start one morning?
One thing to bear in mind is that even if a car makes what looks like a healthy looking spark in ambient pressure air, the plugs may not be sparking well in the combustion chamber. If you're confident the cylinders are getting fuel and that the car can make a spark, you might try just putting in a fresh set of plugs and seeing what happens.
