It sounds to me like timing chain noise. Can you check the tensioner extension (proxy for chain wear)? Should be easy with the a/c compressor gone on your car.
My '86 made that sort of noise with the old style tensioner, which does not ratchet and basically only uses oil pressure to maintain tension. The tensioner had become loose and wasn't holding at low pressure and I heard a similar noise to yours. The noise was caused by the loose chain slapping around on the guides, particularly the tension guide and the top chain guide pad between the cams.
I can see from your video that you have the new style tensioner, which you can unscrew from the head to check its extension, which will tell you if your chain is worn, and might be a good place to start. You have to take the small bolt out of the tensioner first to release the internal spring, otherwise the tensioner will just go to max as you remove it from the block. Then you measure the extension. I believe it's supposed to be under 11mm.
