I believe there are 3 bolts that hold the pump to the bracket. They are smallish, about 9mm head.
It is a common problem for them to back out and get lost. Make sure you use Locktite when you replace them. I don't know a source for the bolts other than another Saab. When you take out your bolt maybe you can find a replacement at a specialty store.
When I had to do this job on my car, I don't remember having to loosen the engine. I might had done it with the pump still in the car. I don't remember. I think there are access holes in the pulley and I was able to do it that way.
