FIrst, I would not suspect the tire as those problems stay and are not intermittent. Tire problems feel like a bad balance. I would look at the CV joint and wheel bearing. If it is a vibration and not a loose feeling, I would not be too critical of the ball joints, shock, a-arm bushings. Jack up the car, support the upper a-arm as on Dave New's site and do a full front end inspection. Look at the lower a-arm on the inboard side for cracks. This was noted in nines as a problem. Verify that the ball joints are solid. See if the wheel can be made to feel loose by pulling and pushing on the tire t 12 and 6 as well as at 3 and 9. on a c900, this would denote a wheel bearing problem. If you have also noticed a grinding sound which changes with steering wheel position, this may be it. Inspect the CV joint. Grab the shaft and see if you can shake it. It should give no movement fore and aft, but allow plunge toward teh inner driver. If there is movement, you probably need a cv joint or axle assembly (depending on what you want to do).
hope this helps
