There are some differences in the way the wires run on the 2 different brands of compressors. Can you see the label to tell what kind? The Sanden will have an end cap plate (opposite the pulley) with 5 bolts holding it on and 1 or 2 service fittings, The Seiko is more of a one peice rounded unit with just a relief valve and a sevice port on that end.
A Sanden should have one wire coming out of the clutch going to the car wires. The Seiko has a wire coming out of the clutch, to a temp switch on the compressor, with a wire out of that to the car harness. Where exactly do you see the bare wires?
In a car with 2 fans, the normal is on the engine side of the radiator and the auxillary is in front of the A/C condensor.
