My guess is the pump also, but before I went ahead and replaced it, I would check both the fuel pressure and delivery (quantity). You can even check the flow of each injector. You can have great pressure but low flow. Sounds like a personal problem, I know, but there it is.
A decent shop that knows Saabs can do it. You can do it yourself if you have a pressure gauge and can work up some plumbing. Since it involves spraying fuel, a fire extinguisher can come in handy.
This may seem like a lot of work, but it'll be less work than replacing the fuel pump and finding out it was something else.
