Even the Blumol can not drill the harden bits. What I'd do is to get a grind stone or the Dremal tool to cut the carbide tip flush and call it a day. Soak it with WD-40 and rethink your strategy. At least you'll have the car running for now.
You need to get the broken bit out. It shouldn't be that hard to do.
