running hot with new performance chips

Just finished a week with my new ECU performance chips installed. The added HP is remarkable! The only issues that I have is that the idle seems just slightly bumpy. Also I have noticed that when it is really hot outside (like in the afternoons in the 90's w/ A/C on) the engine runs hot. Don't know if it's related to the chips - maybe a thermostat prob? i've read something about the older 9K's temp. fluctuates more than the newer cars. just nice to have that needle ridding dead center for that added peace of mind!
