Happy New Year all! Noticing on my '91-S that the lighter is not "hot" with the key off, only when I turn the key on (with or without the engine running). Is this proper or did the previous owner swap a wire around when putting in an aftermarket radio??
As an aside, what is the best shop manual/computer CD program for these vehicles. Need to get one anyway to get wiring diagrams.
