1997 Saab 9000 Aero, The Temp is HOT all the time. I have run ACC diagnostics with no errors. The stepper motor that operates the Temp flap with the cable attached from the outside temp flap level to the inside stepper motor is not operational. I removed radio and ACC unit and can reach in the dash to the upper right just a bit and move the motor arm and change the heater temp. - Can this be a defective temp sensor in the dash with the bullseye stype hole to the left of the ACC counsol? OR, how can I access the steppet motor under the dash... I have removed most of the screws to lift off the DASH cover, but I am not able to access the front middle screws behind maybe the air bag or middle of the dash. Any help is apreciated. Pete
