Thanks for the info, I am pretty sure the arm is ok and the cable is hooked up as I can feel and view these items. The stepper motor never tries. I will try again your suggestion about turning the temp to LO, but I am not hopeful. I am in the process of removing the dash top so I can gain better access to the stepper motor asembly. Not at home this week so I will have to wait.
