Well, it probably isn't worth putting a newly rebuilt trans in a 1992 car (unless it's extraordinary, but you're in Chicago so it's probably not), so what are your alternatives? Biggest question to me is what you could do to verify the mileage. In my opinion, $325 delivered is a very good deal.
That said, I had a used trans installed in my Chicago-area 1994 CS Turbo almost two years ago, and there was no way that I could verify the claimed low mileage (but did note that it came from a newer LPT car) - it has been fine.
