My apologies to the board for not extending this free offer in advance. I was driving my 1992 9000 Turbo from upstate NY down to Brooklyn, NY when the clutch stopped working. I had it towed to Roland at Swedish Underground in Brooklyn and he informed me that the slave had failed. It was an inferior Scantech slave I had installed less than 10k miles ago. In the time it took me to decide whether to fix or sell, I incurred about 6 parking tickets. I needed to get it off the street asap so I offered it to the Make-A-Wish Foundation's "Wheels for Wishes" program.
I in no way profit from the sale of the car, so I thought I'd provide auction details in case anyone wants to go bid on it. I'm sure you could get it for next to nothing.
The car will be auctioned off by Car-Tech, Inc. (ctaa.com) and the car ID# is 358915. It should be at one of two locations, Rahway, NJ or Matawan, NJ.

It has 171K on the body, 150k on engine + turbo, and 30k on the 5-spd trans.
No rust, but the paint is faded and needs a good detailing and there is no headliner
The transmission has no issues, engine is super strong but has slight leak from valve cover
The AC is ice cold and had many parts replaced 15k miles ago
Entire exhaust system replaced 10K miles ago
Intrax lowering springs and and open air intake
Alpine CDA-9843, Kenwood 4" front speakers, and Kicker 6.5" rear speakers. Wired for subs in trunk.
Car is very fast and handles very well.
Car has 15" CSE wheels, not the exposed-lug Super Aeros seen in the photos. Sorry.
A slave cylinder will save this car. It is a great car!
What it deserves is a good exterior detailing, headliner and driver's seat bottom.
I was bringing it to the city to do all these things but then the slave died and I have nowhere to work on it here. Towing would've cost over $500 to it anywhere I could do the job myself. I don't have time for this kind of job right now.
