There are minor differences in the software choices in the ECU programing.
Same ECU, Same Program, with selectable variables for intended 9000 drivetrain variant fittments :-)
Auto ecu ..will.. work in a 5spd car transplant..just not to it's best :-)
You do know that the Auto version uses a T25 Turbo and the Aero a To4 version ? Differing boost levels result and this is allowed for in the PGM setup choices. All are selectable/configurable with the click of a Mouse though.. IF.. accessing the ecu pgm with T5 suite.
