First, as dref points out, an automatic aero has a Garrett T25 turbo (like your car) while a manual aero has a Mitsubishi TD04 turbo. The ecu's are for the automatic and manual are different because the engine/turbo combo's are different.
Other than that there is no such thing as an ecu for an automatic vs a manual. A 1996 CSE automatic will have the same ecu as a 1996 CSE manual. The ecu detects the transmission type and adjusts accordingly.
So, for your car, you have two choices. Get a TD04 turbo and ECU from an Aero manual (96-97 , 98 CSE) Or get your ECU reflashed to a more agressive tune for your T25 - either by doing it yourself or having a tuner do it for you.
