You already have the aero bodykit on your anniversary, so less critical to pull those, but I'm sure you could get some money for the front bumper and rocker panels and body moldings. I'd say pull the front window regulators out of the doors. Low hanging fruit like DI and relays, etc. Pull the engine for sure, I'd get the transmission as well since it's so low mileage, and get the Aero door cards. The Radio w/cd changer and HK speakers and amp (under the passenger seat) should get you $250 if you sell them. I presume the parts car was stock? Just check with the seller if there are any mods worth having. Also check if anything was recently replaced by him; the car was 15+ years old, so some things may have aged out and been replaced. How much should you pay? $500? Maybe $700 so he makes $500 after the buy back? I'd think in there somewhere.
