I'm the guy who said $300 but I point out I said "a little more than" $300. Since the guy, on later report, has highly elevated ideas about the worth of the pieces of his totalled car, he needs to get realistic.

If HE wanted to do all the work of pulling the mentioned parts, and if he knew of real ready-to-buy customers for all the items he adds up supposed values of, his ideas might bear playing along with. Still it's lots of work to pull motors and trannys, let alone turbos.

It's worth what the weight will bring at the scrapyard, plus something more. Let offerer be the judge of what that something more is worth to him. Let seller either accept it, or not, in which case, what IS he going to do with it?

Used tires don't bring big money regardless of how new they are and what they originally cost. Tires go free with the alloys, is how I'd judge it.
