B2x4 stock max operating oil pressure is around 3 bar, while in B2x5 it's around 3.5 bar.
There's something Saab engineers might think of at that time they designed the B2x5 engine and they changes many thing to cut cost on B2x5 engine, but drive the max pressure to 3.5 bar.
The only parts really change I've known is the oil pressure relieve valve (spring).
This has been told for quite sometime in this BB, for those who stil think Saab B2x4 is bullet proof from the factory, it's not.
Switch your spring to B2x5 type and you will be worry free.
