...you say the right front. Do you mean the right front as viewed from the driver's seat, aka the timing chain end of the engine? If so, you might check the hood insulation and other areas for signs that the water pump is weeping coolant onto the serpentine belt which is casting it about as splatter. If that's happening, this could be winding up on the head and creating the appearance of a HG leak.
It would be unusual for this phenomenon to occur without first causing other attention-getting signs of leaks, but it might be worth considering just to rule it out. I've had a similar experience in the past when the water pump seals had given up the ghost. Coolant escaping from the weep hole was being flung around and caused me all kinds of worry over the possible major problems it could be. But it was just a matter of a new pump.
