Having just done a 1995 9000 Aero, I have done extensive research on this, so I'll try to share what I can...
First off, some basic info:
- The first year of Trionic engine management (version 5.2) was 1993.
- Major changes happened in 1994 to the B234, most important to this: the crank sensor changed, which means you can not run 1994 or later software (T5.5) on your engine.
- The black DI wasn't used until Trionic 7, which is the model 9-5, 1999 and later, a fly-by-wire car also btw.
There are two issues in deleting traction control - first is the electronic throttle system - second is the ABS system. Deleting the electronic throttle system basically requires a donor throttle body, throttle cable, pedal assembly, an ECU, and cruise control components. Deleting the ABS system basically requires a donor car.
Most of the required parts can probably come out of any given year, but you might need the right pedals for the pre-cs body, and you probably need to actually find a T5.2 ECU, but you can probably flash non-TCS software onto it if all you can find is for TCS. The braking components should be able to come out of anything that has ABS and a Vacuum Booster (rather than a hydraulic accumulator). This is known as the Mk. IV system.
Get wiring diagrams for the project chassis, and all donors.
