It's dark out so I can't go check the relay diagram, and my 9000 is a '96 so not exactly pertinent, but I kind of doubt there is a relay for the ignition.
It doesn't ring any bells. Fuel pump relay, yes.
The ignition switch internal contacts do get fouled on these, and the cure can be disassembling, cleaning and putting back together, or a new switch.
The ignition is controlled by the ECU; I think the current-carrying capacity of the ignition switch is enough to do the switching on of the ECU without need of a relay.
The starter part of things does use a relay - - the solenoid mounted on the starter. On a very high-miles car with many stops and starts, the contacts there can get pitted. Cure would be a rebuilt or used starter. Or the contacts within the ignition switch could be dirty or pitted.
Describe on here what starting issue or issues you are having and someone may chime in with a guess on what the cause is.
