I DID, however, have a cracked part, the diecast zinc arm that comes off the outside latch handle and holds the roller that pushes on the internal latch works and makes things open. I had a long time of barely opening and finally it wouldn't open at all.
To get at it you need to read up on pulling the door inner panel, lots of fasteners, some hidden, and tricks. Then peel back rear top corner of plastic liner, pop the physical link between lock cylinder and latchworks (tiny ball-socket joint), remove the 10mm headed bolt(s), I guess there are two, in door end, and the single 10mm (M6) nut inside door up at front end of outside handle, and handle and cracked part will come out of door. z Leave it hanging there by the white wire that tells central locking you have unlocked or locked the door, get your new part, and replace the bad piece and reassemble.
If any junkyards near you still have 9000s pull your part there first. It comes off the handle and can be swapped onto yours so you keep your own key. Left and right are different.
