I have spent a good 2 weeks reading over all the TCS manuals. It doesn't seem to crazy as people indicate, I have a feeling people were trying to deal with it without an ISAT and TCS Breakout Board. Given those two things, it seems like a lot of issues can be diagnosed reasonably along with both manuals, and access to parts. The ho hum from the forums seems to be 'check your bypass valves' and give up at that point. Anders did post a compatible part number from a volvo to use - and both of mine are good, so I don't worry to much about those. Tb's and other parts don't seem to hard to come by either - probably because a lot of 9K's got junked. Jeff from Epartsland indicated he had at least two good TBs I could buy.
Thank you - I may take you up on some of those parts. We have 2 TCS 95' 9000 Aeros between me and another philly saab guy, and for the most part they've been fine. He actually has an entire De-TCSing setup ready to go, after we junked a rusty 9K last year. I keep telling him to finish the transition so that I can have his old TCS parts :-)
