I own a 1997 9000 CD 2.3LPT, I have noticed that the exhaust manifold has a leak on the right hand side, the area has burn like marks where the manifold bolts onto the engine.
There is also a green liquid leaking out the right handside of the engine about half way down, it looks to be something to do with the heater hoses. Could it possibly be a blown gasket. My car has done over 135,000k's since October 1997 so it has been round a bit.
How long do I expect to get out of the engine before things really start to fail or break on me?
