Why are you bleeding the system?

Is it because the fluid in the reservoir keeps dropping below the clutch master supply port? If so, you need to check it more often, and you would certainly notice a drip from the bottom of the bellhousing. This would point to a leaking slave, assuming that hoses, clamps, union, master fitting, and slave bleed nipple are sound. It is also possible to do an incomplete bleed job.
If the problem is in the slave, even four clutch jobs won't help, unless the slave is taken care of.
If you are not loosing fluid, and bleeding doesn't seem to help, perhaps there is a small tear in a piston cup inside the master. (A $12 kit fixed that in mine 2 years ago).
Finally, at least on my 2 86's, the support shelf for the clutch master is weak and prone to crack. When that happens, the master can move enough to prevent complete clutch disengagement. (I've had to permanently support the clutch master from above on both cars).
If it's the slave, why does it fail? I'm curious myself, and this week will be replacing one of mine, and will hopefully find out. A Saab technical service bulletin states that the master supply hose is apt to leach a plasticiser which will deteriorate the slave's seals. The fix is to replace this smooth hose with the braided type, P/N 41 21 562 and, of course, do a complete fluid flush and replacement. I have bought this expensive hose, and installed it yesterday.
Hopefully, after this week's replacement of clutch assembly, slave, "rear" seal, and hose, my 18 month saga of twice-weekly reservoir refills (and many clutch bleeds) will end! Good luck.
