edmunds.com value. In fact, it is off by $1,600. I really want to buy another Saab but am convinced that a handful of parts is nearly as expensive as the like amount of gold.
Adding to my bargain hunting and negotiating fodder is the payout I just received on my totalled '92. I was stunned at how low it was AND I WORKED HARD TO GET THE PAYOUT UP.
So, why on earth are Saab prices well above the edmunds pricing? If it is really flawed, why is it used by Traderonline.com for valuations?
Most importantly, can I get a decent '93 9000 CSE turbo with 120M on the clock for $3,000? It has light body damage. The engine bay looks questionable. The body fittings (plastic trim) looks like someone went around and put it all back on and missed a screw here and there.
