The torque on that bolt... ...Is 140 foot-lbs...The Saab tool for removing the bolt is a 1/2 meter (about, maybe a bit longer...) flat steel wrench, to which you add a long 1/2" drive breaker bar to, in order to remove the nut.
BTW - The factory procedure is to have the car on a lift while doing this, accessing the bold from below.
If the bolt has never been off, they can be pretty hard to remove.
A good 1/2" drive air impact gun should take it off.
