When does the light come on? is it staying on? That light should always come on for a brief moment after you start the car...it has to build that pressure up. It only takes a second or two, though, so if it's staying on longer than that, you probably have a problem...or, if the light instantly comes on and stays on, no flicker, then be sure to check the blue wire to the sending unit. It's a thin wire that seems to take a beating and the thing can fall off as well. If it is off and touching something metal, it will most likely ground and turn the light on. Good luck.
