Geoph,
I really love the TME's. A friend and I both bought a set and installed them in our cars in one day. I will have to look for the spring rates, but I am not sure I will find anything. Problem with the TMEs is I dont think you can get them anymore! Dennis and I got the last two sets SAS had. My car is very streetable despite the suspension mods. They lower the car about one inch which is fine for the back (with my hatchback, the front looks a bit high). I scrape on lots of bumps, and potholes are very uncomfortable. But that is what the sparco seats are for.
As to the steering, on trackdays, I never had a problem with the steering! Maybe because I was usually just at the point of drifting so it made steering a little easier. With two more swaybars on the car like the set up you are going to use maybe it will be that hard to turn! Also, what series tires are you using? I intend to get a set of race wheels with something around 225. Those 195s arent enough stick.
