Thanks Steve, throttle plate icing in moist cold air had the throttle not ice shutbut actually stay open (1/8th throttle) by the ice. This was a service campainn, not a full saftey recall. We carb cleaned the throttle housing inside, coated the brass coolant collar with sleeve retainer and with dead blow hammer whacked the sleeve in place. We took bellows to vice with 2x4 inside to act as "anvil" to then whack the hole punch to make 2 holes. On the 2 spigot spoutes on the coolant collar we placed 2 grey grommets to seal against air leaks. This was technicians first exposure to green locktite 640 sleeve retainer. Tis product would fill in gaps in loose outer bearing races when loose or lightly "spun". There were 2 tie in with the heater hoses and 2 new hoses to add to run to the throttle area. The kit also had several 6 tie straps (ladder type). Don
