Hi Alvaro,
I hope that Larry or somebody will chime in here, since I never "did 900s", I am fuzzy on specific years, but here's what I know:
The 99 and 900 had the same rear axle from 79 (I assume up thru 86). Some sources say that late 1978 99s got that axle, but I've not ever seen one (my car was built in July, 1978 and it has the old axle). So, 900 rear brakes up through 86 are the same as 99 or bolt right on. As far as fronts, the front hubs, rotors, and drive axles from a mid-80s 900 (198x through 1986) can be swapped into the 99 as a set.
However, I think 1987 (with the vented front rotors) was the first year of the "new" 900 brakes (shared with the 9000), and I don't think that any of the 1987 and later stuff from a 900 will fit on a 99 at all, but I've never tried and not sure if anyone else has. I've never heard of being able to put the rear handbrake setup on a 99. Keep in mind that by then the 900 was significantly heavier than the 99, so maybe there was a rationale for bigger brakes on the 900, but from a performance perspective, I'll venture that I've done a lot of racetrack laps with my 99T and never had any brake fade or even any real wear, so you could be doing a lot of work here for minimal/no performance improvement, just a thought.
Good Luck!
Gary
