Do you have A/C? I just want to be sure that Saab 90 console won't work before I cut my teeth on building one. Does yours have some curvature on the sides as it reaches the bottom? Or is it the same width all the way down?

Vintage air just blows my mind - I would love to gut the entire heat/vent system on the 99 and put one of their Gen II or whatever. I guess you could even get super clever, and use the existing vent defrost and temp knobs so it would look factory. Or just chuck that too and put their control in place of them.

As far as just replacing your heater valve, it may be worth a call to them. They make a Servo Heater Valve Kit - 50507-VUA, around $90.
