You either spend 100's of hours and do it yourself, or spend freely to have someone else do it for you, but finding someone is almost impossible. I did the 73 cus I longed to drive a 99 again(after looking at a rotted 74EMS in my garage for years). The 75EMS was too good to pass up > one owner, 62k miles, just needed body and paint. The 78T was one I should have let go, but in 10 days a new owner is coming to get it, with hopes of picking up where I left off.
...and slyde, I'm not only a 99 person, as I drive a C-900 vert daily.
