It's not that hard... Posted by Larry West [Email] (#1140) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Larry West) on Wed, 27 Aug 2008 13:06:33 In Reply to: CIS fuel lines, Dan Vachon, Tue, 10 Jun 2008 18:04:53 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Put all the parts in place, then lay the lines out. Pretty much where they fall is where they go.
On the warm-up regulator, there are two different sizes; you can't mix them up.
on the fuel distributor to the motor, a) it doesn't matter (this is NOT port-sequential fuel injection) and b) each will probably only reach from one port on the fuel distributor to one injector. DON'T try to bend any of the plastic lines more than they want to.
As for the rest, the manual should suffice. You'll have one for the fuel supply, one for the return (don't mix them up, but I don't think you can), one for the lambda valve (which is on a double banjo with the supply line... if you have a Lambda valve) and one for the cold start valve (which should be teed off of one of the warm-up regulator lines)
