I have owned 99's since '85. I put a complete sway bar kit on my first 99 in '90. Drove the car for four years before it was totaled. My current 99 has a 900 rear axle with stock sway bar. I think the car handles quite a bit better than the first car with the front sway bar. The cornerring is almost as quick as an alfa spider I used to own. Although my 99 has a full roll cage, making the entire car much stiffer, I would think that the improvement would still be there. I have not heard of too many folks putting front sways on 99's when they upgrade the suspension.
