Yes, I'm currently running A-Rx in two C900s (one with used full syn & one with fresh semi syn) & will soon be starting my 9³ (used full syn). They originally wanted you to run it longer in syn (twice as long as w/dino), but now have changed the duration to cover all oils.
Keep in mind that their directions are based on use in N/A engines, not turbos. To me, it's not worth creating new coke/sludge simply to get slightly quicker results out of the formula. I'd run it no less than 2,000 miles in full syn. (My 9³ will have it for 2k mi, & the C900s will have it for 5k-6k mi.)
If it were a big concern for anyone here, I'd suggest using Shell's Rotella T syn with A-Rx in their turbo engine. It's a better Group III oil & doesn't contain any of the PAOs & esters which compete with A-Rx's chemistry.
